We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.

He SOLD it himself! It all started about a year and a half ago with another realtor. We tried to use someone who sold another property I owned before we got married. She didn’t work out and almost a year of still being on the market we moved on to realtor number two. He was from the area and we hoped that he would know best. We were wrong and with a slow moving market we were about to give up. A friend of mine bought her first house from John and recommended that we try him out to sell out townhome. John was upfront and didn’t sugar coat the market like the other realtors did in the past. He tried new technology to get the word out and create foot traffic. He came up with new and creative ideas that neither of the last two realtors even considered trying. And at the end of the day and less than 6 months (in a tough market), John found a perfect buyer to purchase our townhome. It was almost like he reached into his database and hand selected her. We are so happy to know we closed on our place and found a realtor that really had our back during the whole process. He was always easy to reach by phone, emails or even texts no matter the time.
